About

I am Sandeep, a Salesforce Technical Lead based in Bengaluru.

I started as a Salesforce developer in 2019, building loan origination systems for banks and lenders in India, Singapore and the UK. In 2022 I joined Cloudwerx, where I have delivered Sales, Service and Experience Cloud projects for clients in government, retail, agriculture, property and financial services.

The work that shaped me most was leading the integration and finance workstreams on a South Australian government screening programme, onsite in Sydney. I was the technical point of contact for the client, wrote the designs three teams built from, and owned acceptance testing through to launch. I was promoted to Associate Team Lead in 2026.

Today I work on Agentforce and Data Cloud delivery. Outside that, I build two products of my own, Karya and Vaasova, because the best way I know to learn the whole job is to do the whole job.

I am working toward Salesforce Architect certification.

Beyond work
